Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence mobile brand purchasing decisions. Where The object of research is Student D3 Marketing University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa force year 2014. The method used in this study is a qualitative method of research that is descriptive and tend to use analysis. The samples taken were saturated samples because the total population was sampled by 44 students. Based on the research that has been done, the decision to purchase handphone brand among D3 Marketing students is influenced by several factors such as brand image, quality, price, features, warranty, access to get, needs, family factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the influence of liquidity to profitability. The population of this research is the investment company listed in IDX during 2010-2014 consist of 11 company. Sampling method using purposive sampling. data analyze using multiple regression coefficient which start by assumption test.The result of the influence liquidity (proxy used current ration) not significant to profitability (H1 rejected). The empiric results show that profitability of the company was not defined by the liquidity of the company. While the test to leverage (proxy used debt to equity ratio) was significant to profitability (H2 accepted). This result means leverage has a strategic impact to profitability. Furthermore, the contribute of liquidity and leverage to profitability is about 90,8%.

Abstract

UMKM sector plays an important role in the economy, and one of the forms of entrepreneurship in Cilegon today is the activity of Cilegon Car Free Day. Cilegon Car Free Day is a program established by the City Government of Cilegon by integrating morning sports activities and buying and selling activities that work with Paguyuban Wirausaha Cilegon (Pawon) as a manager under the protection of the Office of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives Cilegon City. The purpose of this study is to know whether the location of the business has an effect on the income of traders Paguyuban Wirausaha Cilegon (Pawon) traders in Cilegon Car Free Day The approach used is quantitative approach with the total population of 400 traders then by using slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 80 respondent. Analysis using linear regression analysis with variable X1 that is business location and variable Y that is merchant's income. The result of this research is business location has effect on the merchant's income of 36,7%

Abstract

To prepare a company in facing free commerce in the future and competition becomes stricter between companies, the company should straighten up its management, its strategy, and its resource including its human resource. By using the resource effectively and efficiently, it may give the company a better result. Employee as part of the resource should do their job as good as possible as expected by company. The research which takes place in PT Sari Husada Tbk, Yogyakarta, has some aims. The first aim is to examine the influence of individual characteristic toward employee’s performance. Thirdly, if has the aim to examine the influence of job situation toward employee’s performance. Finally the research would like to examine how far the individual, job, and job situation characteristic on the whole can influence the employee’s performance. The research employs the random sampling method likert scale is being employed to evaluate the score. Data collecting is obtained by using library study and field study (interview, observation and questionnaire). The obtained data is processed by the help computer with its SPSS program (Statistical Program for Social Science) 10.0 for window. The data is analyzed some tests, such as validity and reliability test with cronbach’s technique, regression assumption test with multicolinearity, heteroskedastisitas, autocorrelation and statistic test that employ product moment and linear regression test, determination coefficient ( R2), and partial determination coefficient (r2). The result of the research could be used for a consideration in next policy determining process generally in terms of human resource management and particularly in motivating farce to increase employee’s performance in Sari Husada company Yogyakarta. The result of the research shows that: Individual characteristic has direct influence significantly toward employee’s performance. Job characteristic a significantly influence toward employee’s performance. Job situation characteristic has a significant influence toward employee’s performance. Individual job and job characteristic on the whole have significant influence toward employee’s performance.

Abstract

The dynamics of the environment that always turned demanding company to obtain the quality of human resources .training and development is common frequently done by the company ,because placement employees directly in a job is not guarantee they’ll succeed . New employees often feel not sure about the role of and their responsibility . So it can be assumed that training and development is very important for the workforce to work more mastered and better for the work being served Restaurant A & W has its own management function in each of its branches led by a Manager in charge of Supervisors and other divisions such as Kitchen, Cashier, Preparation and Waiter and waitress. In this industry, A & W not only sells food and beverage products, but also in terms of service / service that can satisfy consumers. To get quality service required Human Resources quality as well. Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the factors that influenced perceived usefulness, perceived satisfaction, perceived ease, perceived the security and privacy, readiness technology taxpayers information ,to use toward the intention taxpayers in using e-filing in KPP Pratama Serang. This research used primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample used were the taxpayer registered in the Tax Office Serang that using e-filing. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Of the 150 questionnaires distributed, the number of questionnaires returned was 130 questionnaires. The analytical method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data were processed using software Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) version 3.The results of this study revealed that all the independent variables in this study, perceived usefulness, perceived satisfaction, perceived ease, perceived security and privacy, readiness technology taxpayers information significant effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in the use of e-filing.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the work culture, job satisfaction and performance of employees of PT. Trijaya Medika Farma and motivation as moderator. Where the employee is still not maximum performance especially discipline and high attendance levels so the impact on production targets were not achieved. The population in this study a total of 287 employees, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the formula slovin the study sample as many as 74 employees. This research is quantitative descriptive, namely research on the data collected and expressed in terms of numbers, though also in the form of qualitative data as supporters, such sentences are arranged in kuesioner. his research analysis tools using regression analysis statistical method. The result of the research shows that the work culture does not affect the employee's performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the employee's performance, the motivation does not succeed moderate the work culture with the employee's performance, the motivation to moderate between job satisfaction and employee performance

Abstract

In the short term the purpose of this study is to: (1) analyze the trend of population growth rate in Serang City, (2) to analyze the impact of population growth rate on gender aspect of population in urban area in Serang City, (3) to analyze the increasing of environmental pollution and deforestation of the environment, such as flooding in Serang City, (4) identifying strategic steps that need to be done to prevent and control population growth rate toward aspect of population with gender insight on urban area in Serang City. Data obtained in this study were analyzed using 4 methods, namely tabulation analysis, descriptive, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Root Case Analysis (RCA). The result of this research are: (1) population growth rate in Serang City shows decreasing trend. In the period 2010-2020, the population growth rate of Serang City dropped from 2.20 percent to 1.52 percent, (2) the increasing number of residents in Serang City currently demands the management of population and good resources in order to avoid problems in the future. The efforts in the management of the population, among others, controlling the population, improving the quality and quality of the population, and utilizing appropriate human and natural resources will make the large population in Serang City become a strong development capital, (3) ideal capacity of an area, namely Serang City to be able to accommodate the maximum rainfall, the current city of Serang gets overloaded capacity of rainfall greater than ideal capacity. Or in other words, high rainfall makes Serang City unable to withstand the volume of rainfall, which is an average of 5.87 m3 / ha, and (4) there are several strategic steps that need to be done to prevent and control population growth rate (2) Improving education and skills, (3) Conserving the environment, (4) Keeping public facilities, and (5) ordering the aspects of population-oriented gender in urban areas in Serang City.
